RECLUB

  • Reclub is a free-to-use mobile app that is powering the global pickleball community. We help organizers run clubs easier than ever and help pickleball players find clubs and activities in your community. Reclub keeps communities together with fun features like player-to-player rankings and community leaderboards to keep everyone engaged. We’re a public-benefit company (PBC) that is changing the game.

  • Public Benefit Corporations (PBC) are for-profit entities that are legally obligated and commited to consider societal impact in their decision making.

  • Reclub is available for download in the Apple App Store & Android Play Store

  • Welcome to Reclub!

If you're a club host, create a club via the blue "+" button (top right) and follow the steps to create a club.

If you're a player looking for games, tap the Discover tab in the bottom tab bar, search by day, or filter for specific times/ distances. Tap a meet you find interesting, then tap join to RSVP.

  • Reclub is global. We have active communities in 35+ countries and counting.

  • Reclub supports 59 different sports. If there is a sport not listed, send us a request to review and consider.

  • Reclub is free to use. We offer a Reclub Supporter option for those who want to help Reclub’s mission of making sports tech available to all.

A Reclub supporter will receive additional benefits along with an ad-free experience.

  • Reclub is a mobile-only platform, but a web-based version is in the roadmap for 2024.

DUPR

  • Reclub has integrated with DUPR, pickleball's most accurate global rating system. Through an An application programming interface (API) with DUPR, Reclub hosts can bulk submit matches to DUPR in seconds, and players can connect their profile to have matches in Reclub reflect to their DUPR rating.

  • In your profile, under sports, scroll to pickleball and tap the word “connect” under the DUPR logo. Follow the prompts to either create your DUPR account and sync, or to sync your account via your DUPR ID.

  • You need to play in DUPR matches which have been submitted. You get a rating after a few matches.

If you questions about how ratings work, check the link: dupr.com/how-it-works)

  • The matches are sent to DUPR as soon as you submit. Changes to the rating could take a few minutes. Those changes could take up to 24hrs to reflect back in Reclub.

  • The host of the match has to submit to DUPR. Submitted matches will have the DUPR logo below them.

Check with the host of the meet to see if they’ve submitted. If not, have them reach out to unlock permission.

  • If you’re a club host interested in submitting matches to DUPR, send a message to the “Club Support” channel in your inbox.

You will need to include your Reclub club link and your DUPR Club ID (10 digits)

If you don’t have a DUPR club yet, apply via the link: play.reclub.co/DUPR_Club_Form

With both club’s info, Reclub team will respond, sync the two clubs, and grant access. You’ll have to close and reopen the app for it to be unlocked.

  • Once given access to submit matches, on the matches tab of a meet or the menu button of a competition, tap “DUPR Manager” and follow the prompts to submit.

  • Only matches where all of the player’s profiles are connected to DUPR can be submitted to DUPR. If they are a reserve or do not have DUPR connected, these matches are ineligible to be submitted.

COMPETITIONS

  • Round Robin: Each team in the competition plays each other once, no single elimination playoff.

Pool: Each team within a pool plays each other once + single elimination playoff of qualifying teams.

Single Elimination: Each team in the competition will be seeded in a bracket, playing an assigned matchup. Winners will advance to the next round, losers will be eliminated.

  • In the matches tab, tap the playoff button, then bracket settings.

Tap “hide bracket from players” in the action sheet.

  • Reclub automatically takes the rankings in order, taking cross pool into consideration. Ex: With 4 teams 1v4, 2v3 (A1 vs B2, B1 vs A2).

If you have preferred matchups, the order can be adjusted by using manual seeding. Tap the “manual seeding” option in the playoff tab of the competition.

  • 1) There is a playoff match in progress. Tap the matches tab, list, scroll to playoffs section, see if any games are "in progress”.

Reset the score by tapping the match, tapping menu, tapping reset scores & stats.

    2) The server isn’t responding. Tap the menu, request support, recalculate.

  • Oh no! You’ll have to return the competition to the pool state, which means resetting the matches from the playoff matches.

Once updated, you’ll need to re-enter the playoff scores.

We’ll be addressing this in future versions of the competition feature.

  • Not yet! The system will automatically create the correct amount of matches, based on teams in the correct pool, but the order of those matches are randomized.

This could show one team playing matches back to back multiple times.

  • Not currently, but it’s in our roadmap for the future!

  • Not yet! Reclub is mobile only, but this is on the roadmap as a future improvement.

SOCIAL FEATURES

  • After and activity, give Kudos to players based on the skills they performed. Always positive, Kudos encourage players to keep up the good work! Kudos are factored into Street Cred leaderboards, so be sure to give Kudos early and often!

  • After an activity, you will receive a notification the meet has ended, suggesting to give Kudos. Alternatively, theres a banner on the home screen suggesting to give Kudos.

  • Street cred is Reclub's fun leaderboard, built by the opinions of your sport community toward everyone's skills. After each meet, players can give Kudos to others, which will be used to calculate their overall street cred (crd) using an algorithm that prevents abuse. Leaderboard and summaries are updated daily at 10am.

  • Street Cred is calculated by the number of Kudos received x the number of unique players that give Kudos for that skill. The more unique users that give Kudos, the higher the ranking on Street Cred.

  • On your profile, scroll down to “community centers”, section. Tap the community you want to switch to, tap active.

If that community isn’t on your profile, tap blue “add” txt, search for the community, set as “active.”

  • On the best features unlocked in Reclub Supporter, the Stats section of the bottom tabbar.

With stats unlocked, the system uses your match history to see how you rank, who you play the most, who beats you, and who you beat the most.

We call these Chart Toppers, Teammates and Opponents.
